“Mare and More” apartments is leased for temporary tourist use on a weekly basis. Both arrivals (check-in) and departures (check-out) take place only on Saturdays.
ACCESSING AND LEAVING THE APARTMENT
The apartment will be accessed and left in the presence of the Landlord. The two parties agree to check the apartment on the day of arrival and departure. The Landlord may be represented by a person of her choice.
KEY HANDOVER
Arrivals (check-in) are expected on Saturdayfrom 16.00 to 17.00, departures (check-out) will take place from8.30 to 09.30on the Saturday of departure. It is notpossible, under any circumstance, to request a late check-out.
Upon arrival in the apartment each occupant must necessarily provide anidentity documentfor registration.
During the stay, overnight stays in the apartment are strictly forbidden, even for one night, to persons other than those registeredat the time of check-in.
We do not provide, under any circumstance, luggage storage.
CUSTODY OF THE PROPERTY
The apartment, the furniture and the objects must be returned in the good condition in which they were received at the beginning of stay. The tenant is required to have the utmost care of the rented property, of the furnishings and of the household equipment and to notify any failures or breakages within 24 hours of the arrival, in order to avoid being subsequently held responsible for related damages.
BANS OF SUBLEASING, FREE OF CHARGE LEASING AND TRANSFER OF TENANCY
Subleasing, free of charge leasing and transfer of tenancy for the benefit of third parties, in whole or in part, is forbidden, the penalty being termination of the contract.
ANIMALS
No pets are allowed in the apartment.
PERSONAL OBJECTS
Each guest is required to takecare of their personal belongings,therefore liability for any damage and/or loss is not accepted.
NON SMOKERS
Mare and More apartments are for non smokers, therefore smoking is forbidden inside them, in the common corridor and in the shared spaces.
APARTMENT BUILDING
Mare and Moreapartmentsare part ofan apartment building,therefore the rules of this housing formula must be respected. In particular, guests must moderate the volume of the TV and in generalall types of noise during the night and afternoon rest. Please also do nottalkat the entrance of the apartment, in the lobby and on the stairs, or even at the entrance of the building. When returning during the night,noise must be kept to the minimum so as not to disturb others. Under all circumstances, no behaviour should, at any time of the day and in any way, disturb the tranquility of others.
Waste disposalmust take place inthe manner and on the daysthat will be shown on arrival at the apartment, according to the city regulation.
EVENTUAL DISPUTES
Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement, including any dispute regarding the existence, validity, breach or termination of the Agreement, which the parties are unable to resolve amicably, will be under the jurisdiction of the Court of Ascoli Piceno.
PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information provided by visitors will be treated incompliance with the obligations of confidentialityimposed by the Decree of 30 June 2003, n. 196 exclusively forpurposes related to commercial relations and the fulfilment of civil, accounting and tax related regulations.
